Attention Newsletter Advertisers
All advertising, for the 2023-2024 season, will be required to be paid in full and in advance. If full payment has not been received by the submission deadline, your ad will not be included in the newsletter. Advertisers who change their ad with each edition will still be permitted to do so, as long as the copy for the ad reaches the editor by the submission deadline.

Our rates are per issue:

Quarter Page $25.00

Full Page $100.00
Classified Ads
Guild members may place one free classified ad per issue of the newsletter.
The classified rates for non-members are:
$10 for up to 50 words & $20 for up to 100 words.
We do not accept longer classified ads from non-members. Content must be quilt-related.

Payment
Payment is due prior to publication. Advertisers will be invoiced by the WCQG treasurer. Payment can be made at the WCQG Online Store or cheques can be mailed to the guild address.

There are no newsletters in December and one in mid-Summer.

Submissions
We do not provide artwork or design services. Your advertisement must be one of the following:

Camera-ready JPEG or BMP file, or
-
Text file, plus logo or other graphic as a JPEG or BMP file, or
-
Hard copy of your text – we can scan your logo, but quality of the image cannot be guaranteed.
