Membership & Guest Forms
Both the membership and guest registration forms are available in PDF format and are fillable on your computer. They must first be downloaded and opened with a PDF viewer such as Acrobat or Preview. Once downloaded fill them in and save them with your own name. Send the Membership form to email@example.com or print it if you need a hard copy to mail or deliver to the Membership Coordinator.
The guild's membership year runs from September to August of each year. When meeting in person members are asked to wear their lanyards with the current year's name card to all guild meetings. They are asked to please check in at door to receive their draw tickets and mark off their names on the attendance sheet.
Individuals are welcome to join the guild at any guild meeting.
New Members: $40.00
Renewing Members: $35.00
Junior Members: $10.00 (under 18 years)
Guests are welcome and must register and pay the
guest fee of $10.00. They should indicate on the registration form if it is their first visit. The fee for that visit can be applied toward a membership fee. We continue to accept members throughout the year.
Payment of membership fees and for guest passes can be made at the WCQG Online Store.
Membership fees can also be paid by cash or cheque and mailed or delivered to the Membership coordinator. The information is on the registration form.
